Up to £10,000 reward: suspected murder of much-loved north London family man

We are offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information into the disappearance of Robert Duff who went missing on 12 January 2013. His disappearance is being treated as a murder.

Mr Duff was 37-years-old when he was reported as missing by his mother. He had a close relationship with his parents and also his two daughters. He would speak regularly to his family at least once a day. He lived in Kilburn, and was known to frequent the areas of Kentish Town, Camden and Archway.

Robert failed to attend his daughter’s 18th birthday on the weekend that he disappeared.

There are two areas where someone may hold the key to the investigation:
  • On 12 January 2013, Robert appears to have `pocked dialled’ his daughter Stephanie which resulted in a voice message being recorded. Two men and a woman were heard shouting at a dog in the background. One of the men had a Scottish accent.
  • Where is his body? Intelligence indicates that he may have disappeared in cold weather.
We are now offering the reward of up to £10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for Robert Duff’s murder and/or the discovery of his body.

“We are offering this reward for information as the family are desperate for answers, especially given the number of years that have passed since this poor man’s disappearance. There has been a wall of silence since for too long and this reward may help encourage those with information to speak up.

“Robert Duff was a much-loved family man. Someone, somewhere knows what happened. We hope that their conscience will be stirred to do the right thing if they know what happened to this father of two.”
