Eugene Carr: £20,000 combined reward over pensioner’s brutal murder

On the fourth anniversary of the murder of pensioner Eugene Carr, we are offering a reward for information which is being matched by his daughters, making the total amount £20,000.
The 73-year-old father and grandfather died in hospital after being viciously attacked while asleep in his bed at home in Clogharevan Park, Bessbrook, County Armagh in the early hours of the morning on Monday 31 August 2015, where he lived alone.
***Mr Carr’s family and our charity are now offering a reward of up to £20,000 for information given exclusively to Crimestoppers that leads to the prosecution of those responsible for this murder***
“This was a horrendous attack against a defenceless, frail man, who was already severely disabled, in a location where he had the right to be safe and secure. Our hearts go out to Eugene’s family who understandably are still traumatised by his brutal and as yet unresolved murder.
“This £20,000 reward is being offered to get justice for Eugene and to stop these dangerous individuals from harming any other innocent people. If anyone wants to say what they know without speaking directly to the authorities, they can use our charity’s unique service.
