Wanted: £5,000 reward for whereabouts of Keith McCarthy

We are offering a reward to anybody who can give information on the location of Keith McCarthy, wanted in connection with a murder and an attempted murder in Harwich.
 
It is believed that Mr McCarthy, who is 40-years-old, was driving a dark coloured BMW which deliberately hit Kerrin Repman on his motorbike at around 2.45pm on Wednesday 15 April on Marine Parade, Dovercourt.

Despite the best efforts by paramedics to save his life, 29-year-old Mr Repman sadly died at the scene. The BMW driver and a passenger immediately left the site of the collision on foot.

A woman, aged 79, who happened to be walking past at the time, was also seriously injured in the incident. She suffered multiple broken limbs and remains in hospital recovering.

Mr McCarthy is described as being 5ft 5ins tall and is said to have links to Harwich, Hertfordshire, London and Ireland.

“It appears that the driver of the BMW car drove at speed to intentionally target Mr Repman on his bike. This dangerous, callous and reckless behaviour has resulted in a death and another person almost dying.
