Meet our volunteers

With a number of different roles, our volunteers play a key part in helping make our communities safer

We've got volunteers covering every corner of the UK. Crimestoppers volunteers come to us with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. What do our volunteers all have in common? They are determined to make our communities safer.

From talking with and learning from people affected by crimes, to doing research, to being part of a local Crimestoppers project or as part of a local committee team, there’s a volunteering opportunity for everyone.

Regional volunteers

Local regional volunteers make a big difference at Crimestoppers. Local knowledge helps us to understand more about the social issues that affect communities day to day.

There are two main types of regional volunteering: helping out with local projects, and being part of a committee. You may even choose to be involved with both.

Central office volunteers

Join our friendly team at our central head office in Surrey.  We are always looking for keen and enthusiast volunteers to join us.  We have a wide range of opportunities available from general admin, to support with marketing, events, and our digital team.
